After a degree in Computer Science, I held the role of project manager for 8 years for the ASL company of Reggio Emilia, structuring highly hi-tech and innovative projects in the healthcare sector. In 2014 I founded with Stefano Tisi the company in-GROUP, which deals with retail projects, network development, creation of new businesses. At the beginning I deal with all the digital strategies of the company and over time come to fill the role of General Manager, managing all the processes and defining the priorities and business activities.

I was a project director for the ASL: i develop the use of a software for the therapy, organizing training for doctors and nurses, helping and supporting them in using the software and repair every error or mistake of the system.
