ADELICIOUS PROFILE Ms Ngowi is a seasoned banker having served the industry for about 18 years with different banks (both commercial and development) and holding different positions. While serving with TIB Development Bank, Adelicious was responsible for project implementation and was instrumental in ensuring all projects financed by the bank are implemented as conceived. Apart from banking, she has also served as an associate with EMMAC Consulting – an advisory firm based in Dar es Salaam and also served as the founding partner of Ngomma associates a consulting and advisory firm. She is currently a freelance consultant in Credit Analysis, Business Development, Financial linkage & Funds Management. She holds a Master’ degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Wuhan University of Technology - China and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Kenya. Adelicious enjoys mentoring, training, and coaching peers. She was part of the team under PRIDE Tanzania/Centre for International Research and Development (CIRD) that conducted training to villagers (youth and women) in matters related to financial management through a program known as Rural Participative Microfinance Scheme (RPMS), (a joint rural microfinance business model).
