My experience as a director of operations began in Bucharest in 2006 where I was asked to reposition a bistro on the market. After a careful evaluation of costs, market and demand I managed to bring it to an increase in revenues of over 400%. In 2008 I was assigned to take care in Florence (Italy) of the F&B part in a terrace of a 5-star hotel located in the historic center of the city. With an excellent brand identity, staff training and a different menu, I managed to increase the revenue by 300%. In 2014 I led a bistro in the city center of Florence creating the Brand, staff selection, menu selection, wine list, marketing campaign, sales campaign and cross-selling and I managed with an investment of €600,000, Cash in the first year of operation was €1,200,000 (with only 40 seats) and €1,390,000 in the second year, after which it was sold in the third year with €1,000,000. In 2017 I was assigned a mini-hotel project and after identifying the location I followed the works and the renovation project giving indications on how to arrange the rooms, the F&B part and the SPA in order to be as productive as possible. After the opening, I personally took care of the Full Management of the structure and after two years I obtain an exit with a profit of 34%. To date I am evaluating several projects and I hope to do many projects in the future together with IMCI+.
