I joined IMCI+ Group in 2017 and since then I have seen many positive changes in the organization, which, due to its constant evolution, arouses in me a constant interest to work constructively, despite some setbacks in the past. The structural changes have had a very positive impact on the company thanks to Nelson's leadership, but also to those who have been with him for a long time.
The technical developments with internet and zoom conferences made it possible that we could build up this good strong network in all regions of the world, but this not least by the introduction of regular meetings, and above all also by the internal and public presentations; and not only this makes the difference and animates all of us in the business.
Even if it sometimes seems like too much information, the constant changes bring so much life into our work that it is a pleasure to be part of this organization.

Ich bin seit 2017 bei IMCI+ Group und habe seit dem viele positive Veränderungen in der Organisation erlebt, die auf Grund seiner konstanten Entwicklung ein stetiges Interesse in mir weckt konstruktiv mitzuarbeiten, trotz so mancher Rückschläge in der Vergangenheit. Die strukturellen Veränderungen haben sich sehr positiv für das Unternehmen ausgewirkt dank der Führungskraft von Nelson, aber auch jener die ihn seit langem begleiten.
Die technischen Entwicklungen mit Internet und Zoomkonferenzen machen es heute möglich, dass wir diese gute starke Vernetzung in alle Regionen der Welt aufbauen konnten, doch dies nicht zuletzt durch die Einführung regulärer Meetings, und vor allem auch durch die Vorträge interner- und öffentlicher Art; „this makes the difference“ und animiert uns alle im Business.
Auch wenn es manchmal ein Zuviel an Information erscheint, so bringen doch die stetigen Veränderungen so viel Leben in unsere Arbeit, dass es Freude macht Teil dieser Organisation zu sein.
