When I was asked by my good friend Namik (Doygun) to work with a group called IMCI+, I did not take it seriously.

But as I searched deeper into its organizational structure, business philosophy, and company ethics, I was overwhelmed. I was more impressed after I learned IMCI+'s mode of operation, and the level of support it provided worldwide. Yet, what made me want to be part of this group as soon as possible, was when I had interaction with the top management of the firm.

Nelson, as the driving force behind IMCI+, is a true business leader in the sense that he is willing to tread new grounds, but also to provide an environment of operational empowerment that I have never seen before, except perhaps in the case of Ray Dalio . A forward-looking professional who proves my university professor's paradigm that clients do not buy a product or a service, they buy the professional behind it.

IMCI+ will continue to break new ground, and I am honored to be a very small part of this endeavor.
