I studied Business Administration and Agricultural Engineering, I did my PhD in Agriculture at Ankara University with a good degree. I worked in the Ministry of Agriculture, the Undersecretariat of State Planning and the Undersecretariat of Treasury for a total of 28 years as the Head of the Investment Department and retired. I have been providing investment and financial consultancy for 24 years.
