Stefano Tisi, Founder and CEO of in-GROUP, turning 50 in 2021, after a master an degree, started out with a decade of experience in the sector of retail, first with IFIL (now EXOR), a multinational, where he worked on various projects from early 1999 (CiaoWeb, the portal of the Agnelli group; Neosair, and “Welcome Travel”, a retail agency within the Alpitour group), which was followed by 2 years as an executive in a textiles group specialized in clothing for children 0-14 years (for which he organized a direct single-brand network of 22 shops). In 2008, he then decided to create a specialist entrepreneurial project for all those Italian firms that, despite their great potential, lost themselves in the old ways of doing things without understanding how Europe and the United States, in the absence of quality products with such potential, still managed to find the resources for virtually unrivalled success. Today he develops market strategy with a 360º approach to organized retailing. In fact, by consulting at different levels in various sectors, he had been able to explore multiple areas of critical importance for the sector, acquiring the know-how that, step by step, enabled him to establish a veritable cluster of differentiated services, grouped into specific areas.
